Shipping & Returns

We want you to enjoy a smooth experience with BEYON. Here’s how delivery and returns work.

Shipping

• Coverage: nationwide delivery across Peninsular & East Malaysia.
• Processing: orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: usually 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier.
• Shipping fees: calculated at checkout; free-shipping promotions may apply on selected orders.

Orders placed via Shopee, Lazada or TikTok are fulfilled and shipped according to those platforms’ policies.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via your chosen channel. For help, message us on WhatsApp.

Returns & exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the fault is ours, for example an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases we cover the return cost.
